Bump in
Had a pretty interesting stroll around the neighborhood today. I bumped into Nicolas Hudson, a deacon at our church, he was with his daughter. It was a weird interaction. We got to talking about our church and all the happenings there. And at first it was a pleasant chat with someone who shares the same faith and values.
But here’s the thing – Nicolas threw me a curveball. He asked about my brother. Turns out, my brother used to help Mr.Hudson out with some babysitting, but it seems he’s been occupied lately and couldn’t make it. He was wondering if he was still up for it like last time or if he’s tied up with other things now. I told him I had no idea actually… But even when I said that he was pretty insistent and asking about all sorts of questions about his schedule and about random stuff like what was he like at school and what he liked to do, what kind of stuff he liked to buy, etc. So that was weird.
